At 51, Jennifer Aniston joins the list of stunning women who look like they are only in their 30s. What could be her secret? At the Screen Actors Guild Awards on January 19, the actress wore a white sheer dress that definitely rocked her on the red carpet. By itself, it seems impossible to wear this glamorous dress, but although she admitted that it was harder to wear than it looks, she undoubtedly looked heavenly in it.

Her effortless beauty comes out in every dress, which is also thanks to her Sunday routine. Jennifer proves that taking care of yourself brings out the best in you, as she takes plenty of time for herself before Manic Monday rolls around.

In particular, the Just Go With It star loves to have a spa treatment at her home on Sunday afternoons. To solidify the atmosphere of relaxation, Jennifer puts on soothing music to banish stress. Sundays are also the perfect time to get together with family, and there’s nothing more invigorating than doing so over dinner. So after the spa, Jennifer cooks and eats dinner with her family – a perfect way to end the day.

For the rest of the week, Jennifer has a few tricks up her sleeve to keep stress at bay. For example, she meditates for 20 minutes every morning, just thinking and saying her mantra.

Of course, her morning routine focuses on self-care, which she says is her armor that protects her throughout the day. Although she admits she can not really explain what yoga and meditation are all about, she vouches for the wonderful effect they have on her inner peace. She is also very careful when it comes to sleep, making sure that the quality of her nap does not suffer.

In 2017, the celebrity shared that she practices the sleep revolution described by Arianna Huffington, in which Jennifer leaves her cell phone outside her bedroom. The “We are The Millers” actress said that every time she did that, she slept better.

There is no doubt that she would do anything to sleep well. She even has an iPod that helps her meditate before she goes to bed. When she is too stressed or does not get enough sleep, it shows in her dreams.
